Woman sought in connection to failed robberies: Hamilton Police

On January 22, 2020, just after 4:00 p.m., police say a woman entered the No Frills Supermarket at 675 Rymal Road East in Hamilton.
The woman passed a note to a cashier saying this is a robbery and demanded money. However, she was turned away by staff and left with no money.
A few minutes later, the same woman reportedly entered the Little Caesars Restaurant within the same plaza. She produced a note again to a store employee and indicated this was a robbery and demanded money. She was again turned away by staff and fled the restaurant with no money.
The woman was last seen walking in the area of Billy Sherring Park, near the pathway to the 595 Rymal Road East complex.
The suspect is described as:
- Woman, 20-30 years old
- Slim build, 5’5
- Wearing a black winter coat with a hood, a grey sweater with the hood pulled overhead
- Black toque
- Large purple/maroon scarf
- Black sunglasses
- Pink gloves
- Black/grey tights with distinct design
- Tan coloured winter boots with pink toe vamps
