A Hamilton resident took home the jackpot recently but he didn’t say much about the win.
Joel Boyd of Ancaster won “Ontario’s jackpot” – $353,651.70 in the Nov. 11, Lottario draw, the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) said in a press release today (Dec. 8).
OLG didn’t provide any information about Boyd’s plans or dreams with the new windfall. There was also no comment on how he felt about the win.
The winning ticket was purchased at Super Convenience on Plains Road in Burlington.
Lottario is Ontario’s first terminal lotto game. It was launched in 1978.
