Water main break prompts traffic disruptions in Hamilton

Hamilton Water is currently addressing a water main break that occurred in Hamilton today ( Sept. 26).

The incident occurred at the intersection of Main St.S. and Thompson Dr.

As authorities address this break, temporary lane restrictions are in effect on Main St. S., spanning from Flamboro St. to Snake Rd.

These restrictions are expected to remain in place as repair work is conducted.

The affected area may experience traffic disruptions and commuters are advised to plan their routes accordingly, anticipating potential delays in this vicinity.

Authorities anticipate the repairs to be completed by 12 a.m. tonight.
