Vehicle up in flames after collision in Hamilton

A vehicle caught fire after a collision Friday afternoon (August 2) in Hamilton.

Hamilton Police have closed off a section of Dundas Street west of Clappison’s Corners after the crash which occurred around 4 p.m.

The vehicle was completely engulfed in flames.

Hamilton Fire Department and emergency crews are on the scene working to put out the flames.

No injuries have been reported.

Afternoon commuters are being asked to avoid the area while emergency crews work to clean up the scene of the collision.
