Two shooting incidents involve same men, car, Hamilton police confirm

Two shooting incidents in Hamilton the previous night were committed by the same person(s) in the same vehicle, Hamilton Police confirmed on Thursday night (July 25).
The two Wednesday night shootings, which occurred at 135 Upper Centennial Parkway and Spring Valley Crescent, were a little more than 15 minutes apart. A police investigation confirms the same vehicle participated in both.
“We urge residents in the area of Spring Valley Crescent, Brigadoon Drive, Winterberry Trail, and surrounding neighbourhoods to review their video surveillance footage,” said Hamilton Police in a release. “If you notice a suspicious dark grey Honda Civic between 8:20 p.m. and 8:40 p.m., please contact Hamilton Police immediately.”
Reports of the first shooting came in about 8:11 p.m. at a Chuck’s Roadhouse restaurant, formerly known as Boston Pizza.
Witnesses described the vehicle as a black Honda. The driver was reported to be a tanned or dark-skinned male wearing a blue medical mask.
Officers confirmed the evidence of a shooting.
“Fortunately, the establishment was unoccupied at the time of the incident,” said police.
Reports of the second shooting in the area of Spring Valley Crescent came in about 8:28 p.m., which would be confirmed by police.
Two individuals present at the residence during the shooting did not report injuries. Witnesses described the suspect vehicle as a dark grey Honda Civic with two male occupants, both wearing blue medical masks.
