Two found dead in Hamilton apartment

Two people were found dead in their Hamilton apartment yesterday afternoon.

The pair were discovered in the Ottawa Street home shortly after 1 p.m. on Aug. 8. The apartment sits near the intersection with Main Street between the Crown Point and Delta neighbourhoods.

First responders found the pair and declared both dead at the scene. They have not announced the cause of death. The pair’s identities are being withheld until next of kin has been notified.

The Hamilton Homicide Unit has taken over the case. However, they are not looking for any suspects.
