Traffic disruptions expected for nine days during sewer roadwork in Hamilton

City crews will be doing sewer work on a major Hamilton street for nine days, which will cause delays for motorists.

The City of Hamilton announced that Concession Street at Upper Gage Avenue will have lane restrictions starting today (Oct. 10) until Wednesday, Oct. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for underground water sewer connection. The work will depend on the weather.

Similarly, the New Mountain Escarpment Access will have lane restrictions until Oct. 12 for routine maintenance.

The City warned that motorists will face delays.
