September 13

Supercrawl Music and Arts Festival

Supercrawl, Hamilton’s premier multi-arts festival, features independent music, art installations, fashion, and performances along a pedestrian-only stretch in downtown. Since 2009, it has grown from a one-day event to a multi-day festival, drawing over 275,000 attendees.

Noon Hour Concert

This week, Wreckless Harbour will perform in the Hamilton Room at Central Library. The Hamilton-based band draws inspiration from East Coast folk music and indie alternative rock.

Friday 13th Metal Night -Vertagogo

Friday the 13th Metal Night at Vertagogo in Hamilton will feature a lineup of heavy metal acts. Performing are Death Perception, a Hamilton-based death metal band; Kings in Graves, known for their hardcore and metalcore sound; All That is Unholy, a death metal group from Brantford and Killing Cosmos, a melodic metalcore band from Hamilton and Niagara.

September 14

Hamilton Originals: Songs of Leonard Cohen and Tom Waits

Happening at The Westdale Theatre, Jacob Moon, Suzie Vinnick, Alfie Smith and special guests will perform the timeless songs of two gravel-voiced poets whose music has influenced generations of songwriters and continues to resonate today.

The Masquerade Concert

This alternative punk band from Grimsby, in southern Ontario, formed in August 2020 and has since made waves in the Toronto, Hamilton and Niagara scenes. Their unique sound fuses alternative rock, punk and post-punk, paired with a theatrical look featuring formalwear and Venetian masques. Their debut album, An Hour Alone, is set for release in 2024. Band members include Max Bond, James Poyton, Harrison Skye, and Matti Seljan VII.

Scaramouche! A Tribute to Queen

Scaramouche, a Queen tribute band from Ontario, brings the energy of Freddie Mercury and Queen’s iconic hits like “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “We Will Rock You” to life. Catch their performance at McIntyre Performing Arts Centre for a memorable tribute to Queen’s timeless music.
