Sewer repair to affect traffic for two weeks in area of west Hamilton

Traffic will be disrupted and delays are expected in an area of west Hamilton for about two weeks.
The City of Hamilton said lanes will be restricted on Main Street West between Westbourne Road and Osler Drive starting Monday, Oct. 23 for about two weeks for sewer chamber repair. It said the work will depend on the weather.
Meanwhile, part of Main Street West near Ewen Road will be limited from Oct. 23 to Nov. 3 while underground work is being done in the area. The City said for 12 days, traffic from Ewen Road will not be able to turn left onto Main Street, and westbound traffic on Main Street will not be able to turn left onto Ewen Road.
