Several Beer Stores in Hamilton will be open on Canada Day

If you forget to pick up a few cold ones in your rush to prepare for the upcoming holiday, no need to worry.
Several Beer Stores in Hamilton will remain open on the Canada Day holiday (Thursday, July 1), the company announced recently.
“On Thursday, July 1st, 84 select Beer Store Retail locations across the province will be open for business,” a recent press release said.
“Many more stores will have extended hours on June 30th.”
In Hamilton, four stores will be open on the holiday and four will have extended hours on the 30th and they include:
- 1111 Barton St. E: Open until 10 pm on the 30th and open from 11 to 6 on July 1st.
- 673 Upper James St: Open until 10 pm on the 30th but CLOSED on July 1st.
- 959 Fennell Ave. E: Open until 10 pm on the 30th and open from 11 to 6 on July 1st.
- 75 Centennial Pkwy. N: Regular hours on the 30th and open from 11 to 6 on July 1st.
- 150 Barton St. E: Open until 10 pm on the 30th and open from 11 to 6 on July 1st.
- 1408 Upper James St.: Regular hours on the 30th and open from 11 to 6 on July 1st.
There will also be stores open in several nearby cities, including Brantford, Burlington, St. Catharines, Cambridge and Mississauga.
