The search is still ongoing for a man reported missing over the summer.
Cavan Usher, 38, was reported missing back on Aug. 11 and Hamilton Police launched a search “due to concerns for his well-being.” He was last seen near Charlton Rd. E and James St. on June 22 wearing a t-shirt and black pants.
Police describe Usher as a white man with short brown hair and a beard. He’s about five-foot-ten and weighs about 150 pounds. He has a sleeve-style tattoo on the right arm and a tattoo of three skulls on the left calf. He was sometimes seen wearing eyeglasses.
“Your support is crucial in helping us locate Cavan Usher and ensure his safety,” police said in October, “Every piece of information is vital in our efforts to find Cavan Usher and bring him back safely.”
Investigators renewed their calls for help on Dec. 22 saying, they “continue to seek info regarding the whereabouts of Cavan Usher, and we urge anyone with info to come forward…Your assistance can make a difference.”
Anyone with information about Usher or his whereabouts can call police at 905-546-2907 or Crime Stoppers anonymously 1-800-222-TIPS.
