Parts of Hamilton expressway to close for four days

Sections of Hamilton’s Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway will be closed nightly for four days because a sign structure will be removed, according to the City.
The following is the schedule for the closures, which will be from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.:
- Sept. 13: Dartnall westbound to Upper Wentworth westbound
- Sept. 14: Upper Wentworth westbound to Garth westbound
- Sept. 15: Golf Links eastbound to Upper James eastbound
- Sept. 17: Upper Wentworth eastbound to Dartnall eastbound
In addition, Hughson Street will be closed between Robert Street and Cannon Street on Wednesday, Sept. 13 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for crane works. Motorists are advised to take an alternate route.
