Part of Hamilton’s Lincoln Alexander Parkway closed due to heavy rainfall

Traffic delays are expected in Hamilton today (Jan. 26) due to heavy rainfall.

The westbound Lincoln Alexander Parkway on ramp at Upper James Street is temporarily closed due to excessive rainfall, the city reported shortly after 9:30 a.m.

Drivers may want to take alternate routes.

It’s currently unknown when the ramp is expected to reopen.
