Multiple-alarm fire on Hamilton Mountain

Hamilton firefighters battled a major blaze that damaged two homes on the Mountain late on Thursday (Dec. 2).
Alerts from the Hamilton Fire Department said there was a multiple-alarm structure fire in the 100-block of Meadlowlark Drive. The flames spread, causing damaged to residences at both 111 and 113 Meadowlark. The occupants were able to evacuate without suffering injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown.

The residential street is in the Bruleville neighbourhood, between Mohawk Road E. and the Lincoln M. Alexander Parkway.
