Man wanted in shooting investigation in Hamilton

A Hamilton man is wanted in connection with a shooting that happened over a year ago in Stoney Creek.

The shooting on Dec. 1, 2023 in the Bradbury Road and Penny Lane area left one person with a non-life-threatening injury, Hamilton Police said.

The investigation has continued and police announced on Friday that they have issued an arrest warrant for one person.

Randy Douglas, 44, of Hamilton, faces charges of careless storage of a firearm, possession of a loaded prohibited firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm, police said.
