Loaded firearm, drugs found after male pulled over in Hamilton

A 35-year-old Hamilton man is facing charges after he was found in possession of a restricted loaded firearm and drugs during a traffic stop.
Hamilton Police initiated a traffic stop on Tuesday (Oct. 15) on Rymal Road East and a search of the male led to the discovery of a loaded firearm along with a large quantity of drugs.
The 35-year-old male from Hamilton was arrested for possession of a restricted loaded firearm as well as possession for the purpose of trafficking drugs.
