A downtown Hamilton commercial building is attracting a lot of attention, with the 13-unit mixed use building in the heart of the Beasley neighbourhood at 193 King St. E on the market for $5.888 million.

The building includes two commercial units – including a restaurant ranked #1 in Hamilton and among the top ten in the world – and 11 apartments, including seven ‘loft-style’ units.

The building has been extensively renovated in the past five years and features state-of-the-art mechanicals and quality finishes throughout. Extras include an air exchanger, alarm system, concierge/security and intercom and each unit is metred separately.

The building, which has 13,020 sq. ft. of usable space, including 5,700 sq. ft of retail, also boasts 11 fridges and stoves, 11 dishwashers and microwaves and 11 washer and dryer combination units. Tenants have access to eight parking spots directly behind the building at $95 per month.

The units bring in about $358,000 in annual revenue. Annual taxes are just over $28,000.
