Harmed in Hamilton, a live performance about racially motivated bullying in the city’s public school system, is coming to Theatre Aquarius this weekend.
The show comes to Hamilton courtesy of Stitched — a live journalism research and creative lab at Toronto Metropolitan University.
“As an experimental space, (Stitched) also explores inter-disciplinary collaborations, introducing artistic interventions into the storytelling,” say organizers.
“Our events are being built to give a ticketed audience a ‘cover-to-cover’ audio-visual experience interacting with all the elements of a magazine, except experience it unfolding live.”
”Set in a performance space, our multi-media productions involve set direction, lighting, audience interaction elements, design and content development,” they added.
Harmed in Hamilton will be performed live this Saturday at 7 p.m.
Tickets are available online.
