Hamilton Police seize fentanyl, blast knuckles, other weapons in downtown raid

The Hamilton Police Service released information Tuesday (May 11) regarding a raid they conducted inside a downtown apartment building.
On Apr. 29 at around 6 a.m., police executed a search warrant in a unit located in an apartment building on Queen St. North.
Three men and one male youth were inside the unit and they were arrested
Zacharias Corridon, 18, of Scarborough charged with:
- Possession Schedule 1 – Fentanyl
Jason Smith, 42, of Hamilton charged with:
- Possession Contrary to Order x 6
- Possession for the Purpose – Cocaine
- Possession for the Purpose – Opioid x 3
- Possession of Prohibited Weapon x 3
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000
Lawrence Ross, 55, of Hamilton charged with:
- Possession for the Purpose – Opioid
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5,000
Male youth from Toronto charged with:
- Carrying Concealed Weapon
- Possession of Prohibited Weapon
- Fail to Comply with Youth Sentence x 2
Hamilton Police say they seized approximately 50 grams of fentanyl, blast knuckles, a blast flashlight, “drug paraphernalia consistent with trafficking,” cash, “and more.”
