The Hamilton Police Service (HPS) says it’s looking to reunite stolen property with its original owners.
On Feb. 2, 2022, nearly $10,000 worth of tools and bicycles were located during a clean-up of an encampment at Van Wagner Beach, according to police.
“Several items have been returned to their owners but additional property remains outstanding,” according to HPS.
Residents who believe the property belongs to them can contact officer Kaleigh Friday at 905-546-3880 or by email at [email protected] with supporting documentation — such as a photo, serial number, or bill of sale.
