Hamilton Police make arrest in Tyler Robitaille murder case

Hamilton Police have made an arrest in the late September murder of Tyler Hayden Robitaille.

Tyler Barberstock, a 35 year-old Hamilton man, has been charged with second degree murder charges in the death of Robitaille, who was found bleeding and unconscious on McNab Street in the Durand neighbourhood in downtown Hamilton (near Jackson Street) in the early hours of September 27.

Emergency personnel arrived on scene and immediately administered first aid to Robitaille, who was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
