Hamilton man charged with sexual assault of minor

A 43-year-old Hamilton resident has been charged in connection with a sexual assault case of a minor.

According to Hamilton Police Service, the incident occurred on Oct. 15, when the suspect entered a local business, he proceeded to inappropriately touch the victim, by allegedly grabbing their buttocks and then fled the area.

The man has been charged with one count of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference.

Authorities have refrained from disclosing the suspect’s identity, but have released images of the individual.

Since they believe that there might be additional victims.
