There is a chance to explore Hamilton in relatively economical style, through a new pass that can be purchased on an app.
For $15, riders can buy a 72-hour pass that allows for three days of unlimited travel on the Hamilton Street Railway transit line. The pass may be be purchased, stored, and activated through the PRESTO E-Ticket app, which is available on Apple’s app store and on Google Play for android phone users.
The 72-hour pass E-tickets are non-refundable, but one purchased today is good until March 31. It will be valid for 72 hours until activation.

PRESTO E-Tickets are bought and kept on the aforementioned app, where users can display a QR code that can be scanned on the PRESTO machine. An activated PRESTO E-Ticket on a smartphone is a proof-of-payment.
At this time, E-Tickets are not connected to a PRESTO card or account, and do not count toward loyalty programs, discounted transfers or co-fares that may be in place for PRESTO cardholders.
