A driver clocked travelling at 192 km/hr in Hamilton allegedly claimed his passenger had a stomach ache.
The driver was caught going 192 km/hr on the QEW at Fifty Road in Hamilton, the OPP said on X Tuesday (Dec. 12) evening.

“Maybe the speed was aggravating the nausea?” OPP said on X.
This isn’t the first time, and likely won’t be the last, drivers have used an excuse for excessive speed. In September, a Brampton driver used the urgent need of a bathroom as an excuse for speeding.
In this week’s incident, a 42-year-old driver faces stunt driving charges, his vehicle was impounded for 14 days and his licence was suspended for 30 days.
