CAUGHT ON VIDEO: Hamilton Police hope to identify truck arson suspect

Hamilton Police say they are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in torching a truck while parked overnight in a residential driveway last month.

On June 12, police say they assisted the Hamilton Fire Department with a car fire on Mount Pleasant Drive on the East Mountain.
The homeowner awoke shortly after 4:30 a.m., to find his 2017 GMC Sierra truck on fire in his driveway.
Cameras in the area captured an unidentified man stopping for a few minutes by the parked truck and then walking away when the vehicle ignited in flames. The truck sustained significant damage, police say.
The Hamilton Police Arson Unit is asking the community to call if they know the man in the video.
The suspect is described as:
Male, white
Flannel shirt and dark pants
