One of the busiest corridors in Hamilton’s downtown core will be closed for nearly three days next week to accommodate filming.
King St. between James and John streets will be closed starting Tuesday (June 14) at 9 a.m. The area is expected to reopen at 5 p.m. on Thursday (June 16).
The closure will undoubtedly impact the area’s bus routes, so be sure to check with HSR for the latest.

The City of Hamilton would not reveal which movie or TV series will be taking over the area, but local insider Dan Nolan speculates that parts of the fourth season of Titans will be filmed during that time.

The gritty take on the Teen Titans franchise follows young DC heroes as they come of age, led by Dick Grayson (aka Robin and Nightwing). Season three was released on HBO Max.
Titans is no stranger to Hamilton as the series was previously filmed at City Hall, Tim Hortons Field, Liuna Station, and the Hamilton airport.
