All power has been restored in Hamilton at approximately 7:37 p.m., according to Alectra Utilities
A sudden power outage has impacted 746 homes and businesses in downtown Hamilton today (Aug 15).
According to Alectra Utilities, the outage is affecting the area of Cumberland St. to Prospect St.
Authorities have dispatched crews to access the situation and initiate repair work.
The cause of the outage remains unknown at this time.
However, the estimated time of restoration is set at 10 p.m.
