Hamilton Police have charged another man with manslaughter in relation to a shooting that killed a 53-year-old man in Hamilton earlier this year.

The incident occurred on the evening of March 24, around 4:00 p.m., in the area of Sanford Ave N. and Acorn St. Police discovered the body of the victim, Robert Barberstock, inside a residence.

The man in the motel, Luke Willems, 38, was charged with first-degree murder.

On Tuesday(Sept. 5), officers charged 33-year-old Justin Barberstock with manslaughter in connection with the same incident.

Authorities say that the investigation is ongoing and believe that there could to be one more suspect connected to this murder.
