Christmas came early for many Hamilton homebuyers in the final month of 2023.
The five most expensive home sales in December were over $1 million; however, unlike previous months, none of the homes crossed the $2 million and $3 million marks.
Here are the five most expensive Hamilton homes that sold in December 2022, according to Zoocasa.com:
5. 49 Eleanor Ave, Hamilton
This one-year-old spacious modern home has 2,680 square feet, five bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It also has a four-car garage and over $200,000 in builder upgrades.
It sold for $1.16 million — about $130,000 under asking.
4. 15 Fiddlehead Cres, Waterdown
This four-bedroom home has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a six-car garage. There is also a personal gym, entertainment area, and a pool surrounded by a landscaped backyard — perfect for summer entertaining.
The home sold for $1.2 million — slightly below asking.

This two-storey, all-brick corner lot was home to a six-time Trillium Award Winner. So you know this is a landscape dream home.
With nearly 3,000 square feet, four beds, and three baths, this property offers a lot — inside and out.
The home was sold for the asking price of $1.26 million.
