3 people injured following two-vehicle crash in Hamilton

A two-vehicle crash in Hamilton this afternoon has caused road closures in the area.

Hamilton Police are investigating a collision that took place shortly after 3 p.m. on Upper James Street between Dickenson Road East and English Church Road East.

Three people have been transported to hospital with unknown injuries. Officials have not provided details of the victims, including their ages and places of residence.

The circumstances of the collision remain under investigation.

As of now, northbound and southbound traffic on Upper James Street, as well as Glanair Drive (including the Amazon entrance), remain closed.

Police are advising motorists to “plan ahead and take alternative routes.”
