Hamilton Police have released video footage of a neighbourhood shooting early Sunday evening (Sept. 1) in hopes of identifying the shooter.

The alleged shooter was last seen fleeing on foot along Upper Wentworth Street in the Kingfisher Drive area. He was wearing a black tracksuit with a white circular pattern and a black ski mask.

Investigators are requesting that anyone in the area at the time of the shooting review any dashcam or surveillance footage they may have and contact them immediately if they discover any relevant information.
